The buyer is obliged to pay only the value of the products, the other costs being borne exclusively by the seller. Fibromar.ro does not offer any guarantee other than those provided by the applicable legislation on the Romanian territory. We are not responsible for any color differences that may occur between the image displayed on your monitor and the colors of the product or the gaps that may occur in connection with the size of the products due to their particularities. The rights of the consumer (natural person) provided in Law no. 449/2003, art. 9-14:

“Art. 9 – The seller is responsible to the consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time the products were delivered. The set time period may not exceed 15 calendar days from the date on which the buyer informed the seller of the lack of conformity of the product. (5) In case of repairing the product, only new parts will be installed in it. Art. 12 – The notion without payment, provided in art. 10 and 11, refer to all costs necessary to bring the products into conformity, including postage, transportation, handling, diagnostics, expertise, disassembly, assembly, labor, materials used and packaging. Art. 13 – The consumer may request an appropriate reduction of the price or termination of the contract in any of the following cases: a. If he does not benefit from either the repair or the replacement of the product; b. if the seller has not taken remedial action within a reasonable period of time; c. if the seller has not taken remedial action, according to art. 11 para. (4), without significant inconvenience to the consumer. Art. 14 – The consumer is not entitled to request the termination of the contract if the lack of conformity is minor. “

To place an order it is necessary to add the desired goods to the shopping cart. After the goods are added to the cart, they will be packaged and sent to the recipient as soon as possible after completing the order. If the order is not completed, the products added to the cart will not be reserved for shipment to the customer. Payment is made online with the card, and the transport fee is 15 lei. The cancellation of the order is applicable only to individual customers, according to the legislation in force. If the customer wants to customize/modify the purchased products, the cancellation of the order and the refund of the value of the ordered products are not performed. Complaints:

In case of possible conflicts between SC FIBROMAR and its clients, we will first try to resolve them amicably in at least 30 working days. If the amicable settlement between the two parties will not be possible, the conflict will be resolved in the competent court according to the laws in force.
